I am looking to make a Global address list that contains all of the companies and clients we work with and I want everyone to be able to access it within Outlook...what is the best way of doing this?
in AD U/C you can create all your external contacts as new contacts, check the exchange advanced tab and make sure the contact is not hidden from exchange address book. In exchange system manager create a new global address list with a name to suit and use the filter settings to add the contacts.
