Best way to create hyperlink in Lotus Document

Good Morning All!

Could someone tell me the best way for a user to create a hyperlink in a Lotus notes document?

For example they are creating a document in our IT department Document library - and they just want to include a link to the network file, and not the file itself. (R6.5)
