I have 2 users who both receive the same e-mail so they can action a request. They want to put this e-mail into a holding area where they can put notes on it, etc until they are happy that the request has been taken care of properly.
The problem lies in the fact that the 2 people who receive these e-mails are currently processing these requests independently and duplicating work and causing confusion.
The users work in different offices and have asked me to come up with for them to collaborate better with the e-mails they are getting.
Does anyone know of a good idea to allow them to both receive an e-mail so that user knows that it has either been actioned by the other and notes can be appended?
Any help would be great.
