best way to change TN on extension

have an extension with bad port, want to move it to another.
I have read that use mov is not recomended, so what is the best way to change extension 6098 from tn 14 08 to tn 20 11?

mov is fine if not acd. If acd, prt it (so you can reference, out it, build it back.

you'll know if its acd by looking at KEY 0, it will say
KEY 0 ACD xxxx n yyyy where x is the ACD Q, n is the CLID table entry and y is the position ID of the set.
