Best way to backup Outlook archive folders

What version of Outlook? I know at least for versions 2003 and a few before (or maybe it changed at version 2003), you could use the MS Outlook Backup utility to backup anything from outlook. After that, it was built in. I think you can back up archive pst's as well as the standard ones....
If not, then you could look at a backup/sync program that would do it for you as well. It's just a file like any other, and can be copied and replaced. One I like to use is SyncBack[link].
