Hi there (first question)

We wish to create (or use) automation tool in order to save attachements to some specific nt file server folders.

The easy solution is I guess to create a macro on the outlook client but we wish to do it directly on the Exchange server (in order not to have an dedicated machine for doing this )

Any body has an idea how to do so ?

Regards
Steve

Not sure what you mean - do you want emails to a certain mailbox to save their attachments automatically to the server?
Zel
zel@zelandakh.co.uk
<a href= poor example of a web site
Looking to take MCP TCPIP shortly - all help gratefully received

no I mean we receive e-mail from outside
and we wish to automate the saving of the attachements

For everyone in your company or just one person? i.e. save EVERY attachment that comes in to ANYONE in the company or just attachments coming to attachments@yourdomain.com?

Zel
zel@zelandakh.co.uk
<a href= poor example of a web site
Looking to take MCP TCPIP shortly - all help gratefully received
