Will start supporting mission critical application soon and looking a best way to remotely support it, short of dragging a laptop with me everywhere. Was going to eval PocketDBA. ANy other ideas/solutions?

Terminal Server / Remote Desktop has saved me many trips to site locations.

I probably should have been more specific. I realize terminal services, vpn was the way to go. All of those would require a full-blown laptop to take care of. I am more interested in the smallest device/software I can take with me to manage the servers. That's why I was looking at the pocket dba

I guess you should redfine remotly then. It sounds as if your just away from your desk vs not at a comp. You can try the pocket dba, but from what ive read it lacks in some areas. Depending on what you mean by remote, you should have a laptop configured to be able to do remote work.
