Best Video Card for Photoshop?

Our company is in the process of looking at upgrading our Design Services area's video cards in their current PC's to help improve their Photoshop performance. Does anyone have any suggestions on what works well for them?

We are running 2.0 GHz Pentim 4 machines with 1.2 GB of RAM.

What are your current video card specs? What resolutions and refresh rates do you want?

I am content with a 2 year-old Radeon 64Mb card on my system. Display cards have different strengths for different uses. 3D texturing capabilities (what most display cards tout) are different than normal display capabilities of 2D images in Photoshop.
