Best Screen Video Capture Software?

I've tried a bunch of programs that capture any video activity on your screen (like from a web cam, streaming video, etc). The best video quality I've found is CapturePad, but it doesn't record audio. Anyone know of screen capture software with good video quality that also captures audio?

I am using Camtasia Studio. That is a good program with a lot of options.

I cant find any errors using Premiere Elements 2. The pics captured and put on DVD on my 40" Sony 1900x1080i LCD look identical to the straight video fed from my camers (AVI tape)
