I'm looking into Lotus notes and Domino to use as a CRM and workflow manager. I have never used it and am unfamiliar with it. Any one have any comments or resources that would help me get up to speed?

As far as CRM is concerned, you'll have to go with existing, third-party applications.
Make sure you evaluate the package in an exhaustive manner - especially if you do not have a lot of experience with Notes. From what I have seen up to now, CRM packages under Notes are sometimes a bit cumbersome to use.
As far as workflow is concerned, Notes invented the term, so you are coming to the right place. Be aware, though, that Notes is not Outlook. That means that Notes has its own interface, and it takes a bit of getting used to. You would do well to let go your Outlook habits and embrace the capabilities that Notes can offer. If you take Notes as it is, it will be able to do a lot for you.
There is no paper-bound process that cannot be transformed into a Notes workflow. That does not mean that it won't be work to get it done to your specifications.

As for resources, I can give you some on the developer's side, but I think you would be better off consulting IBM's Red Books, and then just check out the main Lotus site.

Pascal.
