best real-time GUI monitoring tool

What's the best tool to use without taking up too much resource.
I've had a quick look at gmon, and this looks OK but is there anything else better out there ?

Google for Groundwork...and see if it fits.

I mainly use lparmon. It's minimal, but shows our admins what they need
