Best Real-Time Dual Data Backup Software

I want "Back-Up Drive A" to monitor any changes I make to my main os drive once a day (when I'm sleeping so as to not suck up all my resources), do that back-up and have a "Back-Up Drive B" do the same thing to my "Back-Up Drive A" giving me dual paranoid back-up protection.

What's the best software out there for this and if you have better ideas I'm listening. Thanx!
