What are some of the best J2EE application development practices/techniques used by your organization?

Hi there !

I use the O'Reilly books for this purpose :

- "Java Extreme Programming Cookbooks". This "recipe" cookbok puts a lot of emphasis on testing that work well for small organizations (like mine).

- "Java Enterprise Best Practices". General J2EE best practices.

- "EJB Design Patterns" by Floyd Marinescu : excellent book about the EJB design patterns: session facades, message facade, design patterns, etc. Decisive stuff ! Free print-protected PDFs of the whole book are available on the net (I have it if U don't find it). Also free PDF cracker are available on the net if U wanna print a paper copy.
