Hi,
I need to replace a failed 3524XL switch and want to make it as apinless as possible. I backed up the config.text of the switch that failed (hardware problems) to a tftp server. IS that all I need to back up? How would I then restore that configuration to the new switch?
Thanks

when you get the new switch you login via console port and paste the configuration in the switch.
Just make sure the backed up config.text is ok
