Can anyone give us a "Best Practice" method for setting up diversions.
I have a small office, 4 users, IP-403(2.0[18]).
I want a permanent call flow as such:
Main number -> Rings Reception,
Overflows to a Ring Group(3 users),
Overflows to a external number.
I want the external number to be easily changed on the handset (2030).
...problem I am having is Divert/Forward Immediate has to be activated, but this then takes the user out of the initial Ring group...
