I had a problem that looked a little like the one you have, but after 2 sec I turned to our tecknical accountmanager from StorageTek for advice (since all main storage products we have are from StorageTek) and he basicly said he could sell NetBackup at at least the same prices I could get anywhere ale (where they didn't only send the box)
Getting NetBackup from our storage vendor turned out to be even better then we hoped for.
And since library, tapedrives, disksubsystem, san-switches and backup software is from StorageTek I only call StorageTek if we have a problem we don't know to handle.
We are not that big a shop so we depend a lot on our vendors.
