hi,
i have a w2k3 server running exchange and ms sql 2005 (soon)on a poweredge 2950 with raid 1 (OS) and raid 5 (exchange db). What is the best place for the page file? THe system has dual xeon 3ghz processors and 4gb ram. I will have about 100 users hitting this box.

Thanks in advance

On its own hard drive.
Since that's not usually practical on most systems, I prefer the advice in the FAQ section: I.e. Put the pagefile on a separate (FAT32) partition and make the min & max sizes the same -- 4GB is the max size and doesn't take much HD space.
Also, I don't know how much of a difference it makes in this case, but since the only file you'll have on that partition is the pagefile (i.e. no small files), I'd format the partition with a higher cluster size (32KB).
