Best perfmon counters to wathc on Citrix

Running metaframe 1.8 on Win 2000 Server with published applications. What are the best counters to watch for in performance monitor, and any red flags/trends to watch for.
 
As with so much else, it depends...

If you are experiencing issues, then CPU and memory are good to keep an eye on. If it's only certain users, then you may wish to monitor on a per-session basis.

I generally use perfmon most when creating a baseline, ie a known working set of values for comparison, when rolling out new software.

For example, if the new software causes a memory hit, then I recommend either a server upgrade or additional servers, depending on the situation.

It's also good for getting comparisons between sluggish and nippy servers, to assist in tweaking load-balancing criteria.
