Whats the best wireless pci card also I've seen certain cards that have a movable antenna does this help or is it a waste of money. I will be placing this card in a system thats up against the wall. I have a link to the type of card with a cord attached to the atenna.

Instead of PCI adapters, i'd rather suggest USB adapters which are more easier to install and much better in reception.Their antennas are more reliable and you have the freedom to position it to a more optimal location.
just my opinion...
LINKSYS WUSB11 is a good model.

PCI gives you more speed (inside the computer) but you are still limited to the speed of the cards signal strength.
Performance wise they are just about the same, but for reception i'd go for the USB which is more reliable.
Anyway since i changed from PCI Adapter to USB, i get better connection / signal strength is good to excellent, compared with PCI which shifts from good to low.
