Best Method Needed Please...

I need to transfer data From an Excel XP passworded document to an Access XP table. Aceess is doing the calling. Normally I would use something like TransferSpreadsheet to acomplish this, but have never needed the Excel document to be PAssword protected before. I do not if or how to pass teh password to Excel to allow it to open.

I am very open to suggestions here...Please Help
Please hurry I didn't have a lot of hair to start with and now...

Prior to transferring data, unprotect the sheet...

YourSheetObject.Unprotect ("abc")

This is not a matter of the sheet being protected it is a matter of the file beinging password protected using the Excel XP password feature on the options/security tab.
