Best live ANI

I am thinking of getting a used ROLM CBX for my company, but I am wondering what is the best device other than this to be used for live ANI and other Customer Information capture. Such as CAN or CNA (I have heard it used both ways) capture. We are a business that is going to be using a 1-800 number so we would like to know who is abusing our service if it is misused like the past.
