Hi

Bit of a basic question, this one, but I want some ideas on the best bandwidth connectivity for our office.
I might need to post this in the more specialise forums, but wondered what peoples thought were.

Currently, we have a ADSL line and an SDSL line, but I suppose we struggle with contention, so at certain periods we experience quite slow throughputs.
We also do quite a lot of uploading/downloading as we are in the video business. (We up/download video files - WMV, RM and Flash).

What I want to get some ideas on is whats the best options for better bandwidth that is quite constant rather than peaking at points.

We are a small business of about 20-odd people, mostly used for email and web traffic, but there are about 3-4 people that constantly hit the pipe.
Might be better off with some form or internal bandwidth management??
Ideally, looking for something about 8-24Meg I assume?

Any ideas?

Apologies, but we're based in Brighton in the UK.
