Best hardware for legacy integration

We have one remote employee that I'd like to set up with a VoIP extension. The phone system here is a older Norstar and I have a spare ATA (POTS interface) available.

Does anyone have a suggestion for hardware to use? The goal is that he's just another extension on our system.

Norstar connects to Norstar ATA and that routes out via Gateways... (eg) MultiTech to MultiTech

You could probably get some other ideas by using the other Forums and about other gateways for Norstar telsets:
