BEST FWMX 2004 Book

I would like to know what are some of the best books out there for Fireworks MX 2004 development, specifically for web site design such as menus, headers, and so on.

I am beginning to design some navigatable web sites and wanted to have a good reference library before I got to the development phase.

I went ahead and purchased the following book from Amazon:

Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004 : Training from the Source by Patti Schulze

Has anyone else used this book for their development? Any other book suggestions?

New to me book this week, love the title ...

Zero to Hero
(okay so anyone who has done -- a layout in one day under deadline from start to finish with little to work with from the client -- will know EXACTLY what that title means ...)

Although this book is a good beginner/primer, it also goes beyond the basics and adds lots of extra content for extra effects and interface and colour. Does a good job on vector vs bmp for those new-to-fw. This is my fifth FW-MX book.
