I am keeping track of education credits for several doctors. We break them down into categories and not all doctors obtain credits in all categories.

Course ABC
CT - 2.00
MRI - 3.00
Ultrasound - 0.00
Interventional - 0.00
Total Credits - 5.00

I'd like to build a query that displays all credits in all categories that have been populated only, so I don't have a bunch of "0.00"s unneccessarily.

What's the best way to do this?

Just add criteria to your where clause
like:
...where... [ABC] > 0 ...

Thank you, traingamer. It's starting to make sense, but I am extremely new to the database world. Can you take me a little further with this? What do I use for my expression?

When in the Query Design Window, in the Criteria cell of the ABC column:
<> 0

Hope This Helps, PH.
