Hi there: I've got two issues:
1) need (cheap) software to record mouse movements on computer (currently using camtasia trial download) and 2)what format do I save the file in for viewing over the web? tried many formats, but all are too slow and/ or codec won't run on ALL computers, only ones with a modern video card. I"m currently using Premiere elements to edit and export, but not sure what setting to use. any help appreciated!
