I have a 10,000 square feet of a house to setup wireless network.
I would like to get some suggestions to what hardware do you recommend (how many routers or access points and which brand) and what type of security.

There is no good answer to your question.

As a general rule:

. Buy the equipment from the same store, and ALL the same brand.

Then test.
