Best Dynamic Navigantion Package?

Hello all, I have used FrontPage to design a MEGA sized site and I used dhtml SoThink to create the navigation system but it is clunky and i don't like updating it. I wondered if there was a better dhtml navigation generator. I used to use flash but now that they have to activate the dumb thing on every page it is a real killer to that idea. I just want the most efficient and easily updatable navigation menu for a huge site.

Thanks for any ideas!
