Best data recovery package for NT4 ?

Hi

I will cut to the chase, we ballsed up a domino upgrade and have consequently lost all our emails. What recovery package would you recommend ?

Can you be more sepcific?
Is the e-mail on a NT 4.Server
Is it Exhange Server or just a Mail program.
