Hope you can help out. We have a Nortel MICS with the following specs:
- T1 bringing in 23 lines
- 6 POTS lines
- looking to replace the T1 with a VOIP solution in the near future
- currently have a MCK/CITEL extender hooked in for a remote rep
What is the best call logging and recording solution out there ? I would prefer to have one that:
- answers the calls "Thank you for calling ACME company, your call will be recorded for quality assurance."
- will log all the call activity (not a must)
- will record all incoming and outgoing calls
- will be able to view reports remotely online
- will be able listen to (recorded and live) calls remotely online or via a server log in.
What do you think. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
