Best book on Ruby 3

Wow, doesn't look like this forum gets hit too often. What is the best book on Ruby? I'm a novice, but not ignorant, programmer, just downloaded ruby on rails this weekend.

thanks SDowd, I've been reading a little more but not trying too much stuff because my hard drive just died and I'm in the process of recovering. A good buddy of mine also pointed me to this online free book. It is funny and interesting. One of the better programming books ever written.

yeah, i use that one as well. having them both around is pretty good for cross referencing. also, you could check out
