Best Backup Software?

Hi guys.

I have a windows 2000 terminal server VPN to a NT server.

Basicaly what i want to do is do backups and store them on the other machines hardrive.

Ive set up the VPN to login at startup using schedual etc. Ive been playing with a few free trial backup programs. But none seem to hit the mark.

Any suggestions?
(i want the 2k server to handle everything, so i cant use the inbuilt backup).
