I know you can export your email to a PST file manually/periodically to save everything (Inbox, Sent Items, Folders). But can anyone recommend an automatic solution so that a customer is not required to remember to do the manual export to PST?
I want to set someone up so that they have a reliable backup of their email. They are a financial planner so they have to be able to prove that certain communications were sent or received.
