We have been using netgear 834 ADSL routers at our customer sites. However sometimes have issues with IP office and site to site voip.

I heard a while ago that this is a common issue with netgear and people tend not to use them. Anybody else have any issues or what adsl routers do you use?

Netgear 834's are light user stuff. Zyxel and Draytek are good for the price.

I know Voiceflex send out smaller Cisco's (1700 or 1800 I think).

We use a number of devices - our remote offices are DG834G units and here in the main office I have a Draytek 2800 series loadbalancing with a DG834G.

The draytek unit seems to suffer from interference from surrounding equipment reducing our line speed so I have had to physically isolate it, also the software is a little "clunky" compared to the Netgear and Sonicwall kit we use. However, having got the set up sorted I've not had any complaints on voice quality.

We use Voiceflex and Gamma - both use Cisco 857 routers for their connections.
