Best 3rd party software in combination with CCM

I really wanted to make a poll or something like that, but it seems that is not an option. So I do it like this.

What do you think is the best 3rd party software that you are using in combination with your Cisco Callmanager 3.x? Any why of course.

It seems there are a lot of companys who are developing applications and product to combine features with CCM.

I'm very curious what product you arre using and why.
