BES Server Option greyed out

Hi,

We have installed an additional BES to our existing two. We have added an account but cannot activate it. Anyway, after much checking we discovered that one of the key options are greyed out. We right click the new BES Server, BlackBerry Properties, click Message Options and the option to enable wireless message reconciliation is greyed out. We have checked the services and compared to the other BES's and they are all the same, any ideas?

We are using BES 4.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated
