We have a BES server that will not allow users to go to web pages that are not stored in favorites. How do I set BES server to allow all web content to pass unhindered?

BES server not allowing new web pages unless favorites

The BES does not have any functionality to disallow sites not in device favourites. Te BEs is not aware what favourites people have stored. Are you sure there is no proxy server in between the BES and the internet blocking these sites? If so, can you bypass the proxy for testing?
