BES Server Express - limit Attachment sizes sent to BBs

Hi,

I just wonder if anyone knows where in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server console you can set an maximum attachment size policy for users and how to go about it ?

Specifically what I want to do is to limit the maximum attachment size a user can receive per email (and also a running total per month if possible) So that the user doesn't go over their data limits with the huge email attachments they are receiving ?

Also, any other components that are needed to be installed other then just the BlackBerry Enterprise core install (non-MDS install) that I'm not aware of would be of help.
