BES Server and Synchronisation with MS Exchange 2003 Corp

We have issues when items are deleted out of the Outlook client inbox they don't always get deleted off the blackberry and vice-versa.

We have the deletion set to inbox&handheld and the synchronisation service is running, just seems to be very hiht and miss.

For example I can delete an email from my inbox and not reconcile for a few days, when I reconcile the email does not get deleted?

Any pointers

I had similar issues a while back, the answer for me was to wipe the handheld and re-activate it. since then , everything has been tickety-boo.

Hey,

Are these settings on the BES or the desktop redirector?

If they sync their handheld with the desktop and it has different settings to the server, it can cause this problem.
