I am getting the following error every 5 minutes in the event log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSSQLSERVER
Event Category: (2)
Event ID: 17052
Date: 25/04/2006
Time: 13:22:53
User: <UserDeleted>
Computer: <Server>
Description:
Error: 9002, Severity: 17, State: 6
The log file for database 'BESMgmt' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.

How do i do what is instructed?

I have googled the error code which tells me about what could cause it but not how to solve it.

Thanks.

Sounds like this BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Center post, the URL of which was too long to paste here, so this is a tinyurl to it: BESMgmt is full

That help?

It does indeed, many thanks.

Incidentally I had already solved the problem by backing up the database within SQL Enterprise Manager, but that's useful to know too!

Have a star ;)
