Bes 4.1 Redundancy

It is possible to have redundacy on BES 4.1? I want Two server to be running at the same time just incase one breaks down service will continue as normal.

Sure, build the exact same way BUT do not enable the services. Have them all disabled and if the server ever has a blow out just enable the services on the redundant server and keep going.
