BES 4,1 exchange 2003 optimatazion

Hi,

Is there a guide or any tips about optimizing performance on a BES 4.1 install (dedicated box) and exchange 2003 also dedicated box?

anything that we definitely should/shouldn't be doing?

That's a pretty vague question... it will depend on the number of users (exch and BB); what sort of usage they have (emails, web, other applications, etc); what other applications (server or BB or MDS); server specs

In general, I find the BES pretty efficient by default, and you might only need to worry if you have a large number of users.

Exchange optimization is another matter
