Bes 4.1 address book sync

how do i Wirelessly sync address books in BES 4.1? I want to send out the company global address book and personal address book wirelessly?

The GAL cannot be synchronized to the handheld, however you can do lookups on the GAL from the handheld.

From what I understand BES will only sync the default contacts folder to the handheld Address book.
