BES 4.0.5 - User Stats not updating

Has anyone had a problem with the BES mmc and stats not updating? I have users that look like they haven't gotten messages in 3 months but when you right click on the user and check the stats from there, it show the correct numbers. I have all of the current service packs...any ideas?
