the system went in to split mode and switched cores and core 0 is in a reboot loop

When did it happen, was anyone (or anything, like TM) doing anything? Are you fully patched; can you run a MIRCC?

I'd be interested to see the RPT log from core 0, but if it's in a boot loop, you're probably not gonna get it. Can you post an rdall from core 1 (the active core) and also your ahst?
