We're running Backup Exec V.8.6. with the Remote and Exchange Agents. Our backup server is seperate from our Exchange server. We get an error in the backup log stating the Exchange Store service is not responding....Backup set canceled. After this, our remote agent crashes on our Exchange server. The weird thing is that the backup continues, and the individual mailboxes get backed up. Anybody have any ideas???

I had the same problem.
I just reinstalled the Exchange Agent. And then the Information Store could be fully backed up again.
