Berbee Informacast woes

I am getting this message when I attempt to update a couple of Berbee Informacast servers (new installs). It acts as if it can't see CallManager. I am attempting to bring one server up on a 4.1(3) cluster and one on a 5.1 cluster. Getting same error on both. Here is the specific message:

Error! Unable to get JTAPI provider; check CTI credentials and CallManager address(es).

The CTI credentials are set as described in the installation manual and I freakin' dream of these CallManagers, so I know the IP and connection values for those are correct.

I had this problem and it tourned out to be case sensative typo. Mine was on berbee couldn't find the data base.

on informamix the I and M should have been upper case

It turns out that all I had to do was restart the Informacast app on the server. Hey, I don't get it either, but that is all we did to fix it. Hope this helps someone else someday.
