Benefits of upgrading from MMail 12 to 13? M1 to opt. 11C

I am very new to the Meridian system (I have abit of experience with a nortel ICS) I was wondering what would be the benefits of upgrading to release 13 and also the Meridian Opt. 11c 25.40b flash.

(A quick response would be appreciated since today is the cut off)

Functionally this is very little difference between RLS 12 and 13 on the mail side. As for 25.40b, the only difference between 23 and 25 on the 11C is the use of TMDI Cards, the ability to use M3900 series sets, some IP issues, etc... If your PBX is running fine, and your vendor will still offer you a maintenance contract based on what you have, then don't waste your money.
