Hi,(upgrading to ADS and E2K)

We have three regions in our company(US/AP/EU). Currently runnning two NT4 Domains (user accounts and machines).

Our region would like to have a seperate domain under a empty root domain structure.

What disadvantages?

I am aware of:
-Admin overhead having more domains
-increase global cat size
-moving users, more of an effort.
-GC replication increase
-Group policies/security/delegation domain specific.
