Benefits of Senmail Inc?

I'm wondering if you folks think it is worthwhile paying for the version from Sendmail, Inc., and secondly, whether you think that paying for support is worthwhile.

I love OpenSource but there are times it is nice to be able to call someone for help. What do you think of Sendmail, Inc?
